These standards apply to content, conduct, projects, comments, profiles, and invitations on TangleTag. Private projects are not exempt. Do not use the Service to harm others or violate the law.
Use the in-app reporting tools to report media, comments, users, or invitations that may violate these standards. If an invitation is unwanted or abusive, use the in-app option to report it and block the sender from sending future invitations. Project owners and admins can remove members. You can also leave a project when you no longer want to participate.
If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Do not rely on TangleTag as an emergency service.
We do not proactively inspect every private project. We review reports and other information brought to our attention and may investigate as appropriate. Depending on the circumstances, we may remove or restrict content, disable invitations or projects, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant information, or take other steps to protect users and the Service. Enforcement decisions may consider context, severity, repetition, and risk.
We treat suspected child sexual exploitation or abuse as urgent. We may preserve and report relevant information to appropriate child-safety organizations or law-enforcement authorities and cooperate with lawful investigations, as required or permitted by law.
To ask a safety question, provide additional information, or appeal an enforcement decision, contact contacto@ludique.cl. Include the email address associated with your account and enough detail for us to identify the report or decision. See Support for other account and technical help.
