Privacy Policy

Effective September 15, 2026 · Ludique Comunicaciones Limitada

This Privacy Policy explains how Ludique Comunicaciones Limitada (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with TangleTag (the “Service”). It applies to the mobile App and this website. It is not a contract that creates extra duties beyond applicable law. The Terms of Use, EULA, and Community Standards govern use of the Service.

1. Who we are

Controller: Ludique Comunicaciones Limitada, Las Urbinas 87 of 16 Providencia. Contact: contacto@ludique.cl.

2. Information we collect

3. How we use information

We use information to create and authenticate accounts; operate projects, uploads, comments, and invites; send transactional email (activation, password reset); send push notifications you enable; review safety reports; prevent blocked invitations; remove prohibited content; suspend abusive accounts; keep the Service secure; enforce our terms; comply with law; and understand and fix failures. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Legal bases (EEA/UK where applicable)

Where those laws apply, we rely on: performance of a contract with you; legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving a hosted collaboration tool; consent where we ask for it; and legal obligation when we must retain or disclose information.

5. How we share information

6. Retention

We keep account and project data while the account or project exists and as needed to operate the Service. After you delete media, comments, a project, or your account, we delete or de-identify associated records from the live systems we control, and we queue deletion of stored objects we can attribute to that content. We may retain moderation reports, content snapshots, enforcement records, and invitation blocks for a reasonable period when needed to investigate abuse, prevent repeat violations, handle appeals, or comply with law. Residual copies may also remain for a limited time in backups, logs, or caches. We cannot delete copies other members downloaded or forwarded. We cannot decrypt or recover client-encrypted media without the key.

7. Deletion and your choices

You can edit profile information in the App, leave or delete projects you are allowed to change, and delete your account from the App. See account deletion. Account deletion is blocked while you own a project that still has other members. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal information, or to object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Requests: contacto@ludique.cl. We may need to verify the request and may decline or limit it where the law allows (for example, to protect other users or our legal rights).

8. Security

We use administrative and technical measures we consider appropriate, including transport encryption and hashed passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for your device, your password, whom you invite, and any project encryption keys.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher age required where you live). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International transfers

We and our providers may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy. The “Effective” date will change, and we may require in-app acceptance of related terms. Material changes will be posted on this page.

12. Contact

Ludique Comunicaciones Limitada, Las Urbinas 87 of 16 Providencia. contacto@ludique.cl. Governing law references in the Terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived under the privacy laws of your country.
