Before you write

• Use the same email address as your TangleTag account.
• Describe the device, OS version, and what you expected versus what happened.
• We cannot recover a forgotten project encryption key. If the project is encrypted and the key is lost, the media cannot be decrypted by us.
• Password reset is available in the App on the sign-in screen.

Delete your account

Account deletion is done in the App. Instructions: delete account.

Safety reports and appeals

Report media, comments, users, and unwanted invitations with the in-app reporting tools so the relevant identifiers and review snapshot reach us securely. For an immediate threat, contact local emergency services. To provide follow-up information or appeal an enforcement decision, email contacto@ludique.cl from your account email and include the report or decision details.
